Purpose
Our purpose is to assist in restoring lives of individuals and families struggling with substance use through transformation of the whole person. We implement holistic healing throughout the entire treatment process to create enlightenment in the individual and how they view their changing world.

Our mission is to offer whole-person recovery to those in need.
Our mission is to provide holistic and life-changing recovery programs for individuals and families seeking freedom from addiction. We offer residential therapeutic living, outpatient counseling, and faith-based healing in a safe and caring environment.
Vision
Restoration Through Transformation.
Our goal is to lead in the Mental, Physical, Emotional and Spiritual Restoration of the human mind. To do this, we must be the leading provider treating Substance Abuse, Mental Health, Employment development and other social services. We believe this is accomplished by evidence-based methods through an integrative and holistic approach.
Service Area
We serve seven counties in Northern California:
Butte, Contra Costa, Lake, Monterey, Sacramento, Shasta and Tehama counties.
Emergency COVID Shelter Closing September 4, 2022
September 4, 2022 – Elijah House Foundation will no longer operate the Elijah House Emergency COVID Shelter at 1111 Whalen Way, Lakeport California, 95422 as of September 4, 2022.
Regretfully, on September 4, 2022 the Elijah House Emergency COVID Shelter must close.
We will continue to offer services at our Lucerne location:
EHF, 6110 East Highway 20, Lucerne CA 95458.

Housing Navigation, Case Management, Employment Development through the Back 2 Work Program, General Counseling, and placement into Sober Living Housing. Contact Us for Details.

Back 2 Work Program
Elijah House Foundation is a proud partner of the Back 2 Work Program. We provide transitional employment through litter abatement services for the Department of Transportation (Caltrans).
This program is a partnership between Caltrans, the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), the Butte County Office of Education (BCOE), San Bernardino Community College District (SBCCD), and the City of Oakland Golden State Works (GSW).
